Forget Me Not Healthcare is a family medicine health clinic conveniently located in Midtown Anchorage's UMed District, focusing on patients ages 18 and older. Here, you can access head-to-toe health care and disease prevention, including evaluations, diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses, such as pain, cough, nausea, headache and sudden changes in how you are feeling, as well as chronic conditions like asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and others.

We are also passionate about working with patients to prevent disease and maintain your best health by proactively discussing disease prevention options, such as mammograms, pap smears, colonoscopy, immunizations, tobacco cessation, diet, exercise, and imaging and lab tests. As a patient-centered family medicine health clinic, we take the time to listen to you, gain an in-depth understanding of your health concerns and goals, and help you understand your condition and treatment options.

Our Provider

Forget Me Not Healthcare Clinic is owned and operated by board-certified family nurse practitioner, Sara Stetson, ANP. Sara has been a nurse since 2005, when she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Alaska Anchorage, while serving as an active member of the United States Air Force.
 
After working as a Registered Nurse for nine years, Sara decided to pursue her advance practice nursing degree. She completed her Master’s of Science in Nursing at Walden University in 2014.
 
Sara retired from active duty after 20 years of combined service in the United States Air Force and the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corp. She has dedicated the past 15+ years to diagnosing, treating and caring for her patients by listening and building a trusting relationship. Learn more about our family medicine provider.
